SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of your order.

Please note that your order will be packaged according to the description listed on the shop page along with packaging that will ensure the safety of your product during the shipping process.

WA – 3-5 business days

  • 0-1Kgs  $14.50

  • 1-3 kgs $18.25

  • 3kgs and up $21.95

Return & Exchange Policy

Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is Faulty so we can organize a replacement for you.

Please take a photo of your package as it arrives in case of damage during the shipping process. We take every precaution to ensure that your order will not get damaged, however as the jars are made of glass there is always risk involved.

Please contact us at orders@domandbellacandles.com.au as soon as possible with all the details we need to investigate further.

We do not offer refunds. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. We will issue a Store Credit upon arrival of your returned parcel. Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Please provide order name, order email or order number in your parcel for reference. 

*All returns must be in original packaging and shipped back to us within 14 days. Once we have received the return you will be issued a store credit to choose another product to your liking.

Sale items are non-refundable no store credits will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us at orders@domandbellacandles.com.au or by calling 0406 186 756 if you wish to cancel an order you have placed so we can amend our records and ensure any refunds required are processed or let us help you select another product that may suit your needs.
